Our core focus is in exit, succession and transition planning: both short-term and long-term.
Our goal is to increase the underlying value of SME businesses; to facilitate a seamless transition process for business owners that will eventually sell their business or undertake a family, or management succession; and to assist clients where they have more complex stakeholder, equity or investment relationships with different goals and time frames – even from the very beginning.
We do this through a process of stakeholder consultation, planning, coaching & mentoring, and project management.
We do not seek to replace existing advisors (such as accountants, taxation advisors, lawyers, financial planners, brokers); rather, we use our experience to work with business owners to coordinate those resources (as appropriate) to meet the required outcomes.
